Returns Policy

• If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so we can make a claim against the courier.
• Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
• All courier deliveries must be signed for.
• If you are not available to accept your order, further re-delivery of your goods shall be charged at the original carriage fee plus a return charge which will be taken from the same credit or debit card used to place the order.
• We do not deliver to BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas) addresses.

• Items must returned carriage paid.
• Notification must be given to Old Hall us prior to the return of the goods.
• Items are received in a resalable condition.
• Items must be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a  refund.
• Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
• We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged.
• All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and Reference number.
• We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returned parcels, please retain proof of postage.
• In any circumstance within 7 days of you receiving the goods. This is your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. However, if you are cancelling your contract with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you will need to return the goods to us at your expense
